Arnitha Webb, author, public speaker, found her passion when she merged her corporate experience and her desire to own and operate her own company with her dream of empowering people.

As Founder and President of AWebb, LLC, I share my belief that we can endure and overcome any obstacle through faith, vision and discipline with people who are ready for change. While we focus on what is commonly described as “life skills”, we do so much more. We provide a complete set of choices for training and development.  Some of our core audience benefit tremendously from exposure to business methodology, mentorship and solutions that empower them to view their options from a broader perspective.  In this endeavor to reach a broad base, our efforts extend to people who are interested in establishing a better lifestyle for themselves by empowering others.  We extend our services to those in a variety of professions who all share a common interest, passion and belief that on-going personal and professional development significantly improves quality of life. 

Having held a variety of leadership positions at International Law Firms nation-wide ranging from Systems Administrator to Information Processing Manager and working at International Bank, HSBC as Special Litigation Manager to an unprecedented Securities case, Arnitha Webb has more than two decades of training and project management experience.  Along with an untraditional path and fervor to complete a Bachelor of Science degree at Empire College, State University of New York, she is a personal testimony to her own mission statement that you can overcome any obstacle through faith, vision and discipline.

Arnitha Webb is an active member and Regional Leader of the United States Women’s Chamber of Commerce (“USWCC”), Federally Employed Women (“FEW”), National Career Development Association (“NCDA”), and a proud member of Women of Faith.

In 2004, AWebb, LLC joined the ranks of publishers with “Making The U.S. Government Your Customer” (ISBN 0-9758892-0-6, A How-To Guide for small business owners focusing on how to position their business for government contracts), followed by “Responding to KSAs” (ISBN 0-9758892-1-4, a workbook for responding to Knowledge, Skills and Ability questions for federal employment).  In addition, AWebb, LLC produces motivation and training room posters and materials used nation-wide.
