Responding to KSAs
Put yourself among the top ranking in the selection process. Attend this career development workshop and equip yourself with the tools needed to advance your federal career. The program Responding to KSAs addresses the measures and steps needed to develop a winning KSA Response.
Why are KSA's Important?
In addition to a resume, candidates applying for positions must include written responses to Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) questions. Although candidates are not forced to include their KSA responses, you can be certain that your stiffest competition in the candidate pool will be submitting them. You are at a disadvantage if you choose not make an effort to include your KSA responses.
The primary purpose of the KSA is to measure those qualities that will set one candidate apart from others. In order to do this, there must be a response that can be scored, something to compare against the crediting plan.
