The Role Behavior Analysis (RBA) provides a practical process for defining behavioral expectations for specific roles, for comparing an individual's DiSC® behavior to the behavioral expectations of his or her current or potential role, and for developing strategies to meet role expectations. It's ideal for supervisory and management coaching, performance review support, team building, and personal development.
The 12-page paper instrument can be used as a standalone learning instrument or in conjunction with other DiSC training and coaching.

The DiSC Role Behavior Analysis provides specific DiSC behavioral statements for defining, clarifying, describing, and discussing expectations for specific roles. It uses the DiSC system to define a role within a specified environment, and to collect and process individual perceptions of how a role, function, job, or position should be fulfilled for anyone to achieve maximum effectiveness in that role, regardless of who is in that role.
The RBA on EPIC uses DiSC PPSS data to collect and process perceptions of how a job, position, or role needs to be fulfilled to achieve maximum effectiveness.
